I Joined Athena in the year 1999 at an age of 23 as a customer support executive. I was a part of the first team recruited for customer service campaigns with our biggest client Vodafone (then known as Maxtouch). With experience I was promoted as Team lead and then as Team Manager to manage telecom, Banking & Insurance clients.

In 2002, Athena got an opportunity to open a branch in Bangalore for our telecom client and I was selected under IJP to head the branch in Bangalore. The management has been immensely supportive in giving me an opportunity and helping me grow the branch from 3 FTE’s to 700 FTE’s. Today I am designated as VP Operations and handle various industry verticals like Telecom, Banking, Insurance, BFSI & FMCG.

It has been a wonderful journey so far and I stand proof to the saying that “SKY IS THE LIMIT”. With hard work and determination nothing is impossible. Athena BPO gives the right platform for people who dream big and grow along with the company.
